You can borrow an adapter from the reception.

Your dog is very welcome in our hotel and can stay in the “Kathis Café” and UNO bar in the Hotel Latini. Please understand that your dog is not allowed in the restaurant and the spa area. For the dog we charge € 15,00 per day (without food). It is a pleasure to offer you pet bowl and a blanket free of charge, just ask for it. A washing place is behind the hotel.

Our hotel bar “Kathi´s bar” and the “UNO bar” in the Hotel Latini are open every day. We look forward to spoil you with delicious drinks and fine wines.

It is already prepared in your room. If not – please call the reception.

From 7:00 am until 10:00 am you can enjoy our healthy and savoury breakfast buffet.  Please note that the food from the breakfast buffet is only for consumption in the restaurant. So please do not take it outside. We are happy to prepare a packed lunch for you for a small fee of € 7,50.

The nearest bus stop is next to the hotel. We are happy to assist you in finding the best bus or train connection.

You can use the parking garage for € 8,00 per day. The parking places in front and around of the hotel are free.

Check out is latest at 10:00 am. If you wish to have a late check out let us know the day before and we will check the availability. In that case we charge € 60,00 and you can stay until 6:00 pm in the room.

Would you like to spend the last day of your vacation here? You are welcome to leave your car and leave your luggage with us. If you still want to use our spa, you will be charged € 15,00. If you want to take a shower before you go home, you are welcome to do so. We charge a small fee of € 3,00 for a towel package.

It is not allowed to cook something in your room on your own cooktop. Also it is not allowed to use your own water kettle. We assume no liability.

In your room is a safe with an instruction sheet. For valuables which are not deposited in the safe, we assume no liability. The same applies for valuables in the spa area.

Our chef will be happy to assist you with your special diet.

You can enjoy our delicious dinner from 06:30 pm till 08:30 pm in our restaurant.

Night peace is from 11:00 pm till 7:00 am. The garden is open until 10:00 pm. Please call the reception (phone number 73) in case of any disturbances.

Enjoy the time in our spa area. Relax in the sauna, steam bath or start the day with swimming in our pool. Use our range of different vital and relax massages and let yourself be pampered by our masseur. The use of the Gold Spa is € 20,00, children up to 12 years pay € 10,00. If you book wellness treatments worth € 90,00, the spa entry is waived.

Zell am See and the area around offer a great variety of hiking trails. Please ask the reception, we are happy to assist you.

The main front door is locked from 8:00 pm till 8:00 am. If you plan to return later we would kindly ask you to take your room card with you to open the door beside the main door.

If you want an extra pillow or a blanket, please call the reception.

You can book all your extras on your room. The total invoice must be paid on your departure day or the day before at the reception. We can offer you an interim billing any time. Please always sign the receipts in the restaurant and bar. We can’t accept complaints at a later time.

If your children want to have an unforgetable holiday, go to the kids playroom beside the reception. Open from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm.

You can buy your ski pass directly at the reception. A deposit of € 2,00 must be paid in cash for the keycard.

You get 10 % discount for ski, boots and boards rental at our ski rental shop. We offer also a ski service for you.

You can find the ski basement on the lower level; there are radiations available for wet ski boots to dry. Please use the entrance outside and open it with your room card.

For your safety a smoke detector is installed in your room. If you set off a false alarm the fire brigade will charge you € 900,00, for the ambulance you pay € 150,00 and for the police also € 150,00.

Please note, that our house is a non-smoking hotel. Also electronic cigarettes are not permitted inside. Outside in front of the main entrance and in the garden we placed ashtrays for you. Thank you for your understanding.

For our guests who booked half board we offer an afternoon snack. Please enjoy these “sweet” and “sour” dishes from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm in Kathis Café.

Enjoy pure relaxation in the Vulcano Spa. There are two saunas, a steam bath, experience shower and a relaxation room with a fantastic view to the Kitzsteinhorn. Open daily from 3:00 pm. to 8:00 pm.

We would be happy to provide you with a ready packed tote for the wellness area during your stay. In this bag we have prepared bath towels for the spa area for you. Please take your bag with you to the spa, leave the used sauna towels in the spa and the bag will be filled with new bath towels in your room the next day.

In order all of our guests can enjoy our “Water and SPA worlds” the following rules must be complied with: (These rules are part of your booking contract)

• Guests use the facilities at their own risk!
• Please note that the pool area is not supervised at all times. The facilities are for hotel guests only!
• In case of emergency, problems or complaints inform the reception immediately.
• No running in the pool area due to possible wet and slippery floors!
• Outdoor footwear is strictly forbidden in the pool area!
• Parents are responsible for their children! Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an authorized person at all times!
• Please observe the bathing regulation signs: (waterslide rules, no jumping/diving from the pool edge…etc.)
• Please be considerate of other guests: no noise, no photos/videos of other people without their consent.
• The hotel accepts no liability for the loss or breakage of valuables.
• Food, glass and porcelain are strictly forbidden in the pool area.
• Hotel staff instructions must be followed at all times.
